Failing to play by the rules will lead to, at minimum, banning you from the site (i.e., blocking visits from your IP address) and removing all access to the Course(s) and anything related to the Course(s). Please follow the laws in your country, which are based on common sense:
Don’t steal any property, including ideas.
Don’t copy or share anything, here or elsewhere, created by us or not, that is not in the public domain.
Don’t post evil stuff or try to harm us or the people using this site.
Don’t blame us if you post a comment and later see something like it in print or any other sort of production.
Don’t pretend you’re someone you’re not while using this site.
You are leasing all paid content and, because of that, you’re never at liberty to distribute, teach or share any of our content without our express written consent.
If you make a purchase on this website and want a refund, email us before your 7 day window closes.

Equality, diversity and inclusivity

Our courses are available to any individuals regardless of their personal characteristics (such as age, disability, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation) who is interested in developing their practice in their clinical /work area . Anybody regardless of race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation is able to purchase our courses. Our courses can be located on the internet and are available to all. .

Our courses are available in different formats i.e. online only, virtually and onsite. This helps to make allowances for different learning styles and customer preference. Online and virtually platforms allows us to deliver our training programmes anywhere in the world providing the client has a internet connection.

Terms of this Course and Course Purchaser Agreement

All courses and products are owned and provided by A & L Healthcare Consultancy “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said course(s) or products(s). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern and define how you are allowed to use and access the Company’s Courses. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time, and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.

You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms, please email us at enquiries@al-healthcare.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your name, email and access to our Course and website(s).

Please note: These Terms apply to individual, membership use or a combination of both as individuals will access the course(s) via our subscription service.

Your Course Use and Consent

When you purchased a Course from us, you were given a reasonable notice that these Terms existed. By proceeding with your purchase of the Course and further access of the Course, you agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms. You agree that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your applicable jurisdiction to access the Course. If you are a minor, or designated as a minor, you will require written consent to purchase and access the Course(s) and related materials and we reserve the right to terminate your access if such an issue is discovered.

License(s)

This constitutes a ‘Limited License’. Subject to and in accordance with these Terms and other guidelines or instructions we include in the Course or related materials, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license (“License”) to make individual use of the Course, including any courses purchased by you. Your purchase of any course only entitles you to view that Course in accordance with the foregoing License, and is not a purchase of the software or content constituting or included in the Course. More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in these Terms or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any manner or medium (including email or other electronic means) any material from the Course(s). You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of the individual pages of the Course for your individual use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The License is for individual and membership use only. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this section or these Terms to any person or entity and any attempt to do so is void. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course at any time if we find that you have violated these Terms. We will make every attempt to notify you of any violation of these Terms and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation. However, if you fail to remedy the violation or continue to violate the Terms, we will terminate your access to the Course with no refund of fees.

Individual Use Only

Limited time to access the Course. On purchase of the Course we only allow access to the Course and related materials for a limited time period. Once this period is complete we reserve the right to terminate any and all access to the Course. This time period is specified at the time of purchase and we reserve the right to amend this at any time.

Fees and Refunds

Fees for Courses are set forth on the Website. We reserve the right to change Course Fees at any time.

Refunds. We offer a 7 day refund period for the purchase of our online only courses but whilst we want you to be satisfied with your purchase we also provide immediate access to the Course on receipt of payment, therefore in order to qualify for a full refund you must not have undertaken any part of the Course, or accessed any of the related materials.
In the event that you decide, prior to signing into the Course, that the Course is not the right decision for you, within 7 days of purchase you can contact our support team at enquiries@al-healthcare.co.uk and let us know that you are requesting a refund.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 7 days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the Course regardless if you complete any or all of the Course.

In exceptional circumstances, on presenting proof of these circumstances, a refund may be processed for 75% of Course fees only if the Course was paid in full and only if the full price of the Course was paid. You can contact our support team at support@al-healthcare.com to inform us of the exceptional circumstances and request the refund. Please note: “exceptional circumstances” will be defined and accepted by A & L Healthcare.

Complaints

We are always sorry to hear if our learners/clients have had a less than satisfactory experience or indeed if something has upset  them during the course. If you feel that there is  something we can improve or  something we have done which has created any distress we would be happy to work with you to resolve this. We are not the business of our clients having a negative experience.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks and service marks are owned by and the property of A & L Healthcare Consultancy Ltd. It is a violation to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained or provided in the Course is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You​ ​may:
Access the Course for your individual use.
Download and/or print any Course materials for your individual use
Use our trademarks and copyrighted materials with our prior written consent and proper credit and marking, namely, citing A & L Healthcare as the source of the materials and marking any federally registered trademarks with ® or common law trademarks with ™.

You​ ​may​ ​not:
Re-sell or trade your access to the Course;
Share the Course with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;
Reprint any portion of the Course, except as set forth above and for your own individual use;
Republish any of the Course, in part or in whole;
Distribute any of the materials contained in the Course or related materials and/or communications as your own;
Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the Course for distribution as your own work;
Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, tag-lines or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of the Course (and its related communications and materials);
Use our Course or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).

Request​ ​for​ ​Permission​ ​to​ ​Use​ ​Content.​ If you wish to use, publish or refer to any of our content, Course(s) or related materials, you must do so by requesting permission prior to commencing use of the same by email at enquiries@al-healthcare.co.uk. Permission is not granted until you receive such permission in writing.

Civil​ ​and​ ​Criminal​ ​Penalties.​ Even though our Courses are not physical property, you can be charged with theft or other face civil or criminal penalties if you copy, steal, infringe or otherwise violate these Terms. We reserve the right to prosecute infringers to the fullest extent allowed by criminal or civil statute in any jurisdiction allowed.

Your​ ​Materials​ ​and​ ​Contributions.​ By submitting a comment, photo, video or other material(s) onto any website or platform owned or maintained by us, including but not limited to the online software platforms that we use to distribute our Course and related materials, you agree that we have a non-revocable, commercial license to republish your submission in whole or in part unless you explicitly state that we may not do so with said submission. You have no right to privacy by accessing our Course(s) or related materials, and we reserve the right to disclose your participation in the same.

Model​ ​Release.​ ​You must own the copyright to any image(s) you use in our Course or related materials. You grant us a commercial license to any image(s) you submit to us by default, such as a Facebook profile photo or other profile image you voluntarily provide in accessing the Course, or that you provide voluntarily upon our request. Such a default or voluntary release of your image and likeness may be used for any reasonable future business use.
Notification​ ​of​ ​Use.​ ​We are not obligated to notify you or anyone of our use in our own publications of photographs or other images that you submit to us by default or voluntarily.

Security​ ​and​ ​Assumption​ ​of​ ​Risk

Security.​ ​ It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms and Conditions of Use. We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third party processors such as Stripe or Paypal. By utilizing these payment processors to gain access to the Course, you indemnify us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.

Confidentiality.​ ​You have no right to confidentiality unless otherwise explicitly stated, such as in a subsequent client agreement, or otherwise implicitly agreed upon as mandated by law or fiduciary duty.

Assumption​ ​of​ ​Risk.​ ​By accessing our Course(s) and/or related materials, whether paid or unpaid, you assume all the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the influence, information or educational materials provided to you.

Miscellaneous

Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance please contact support@al-healthcare.com. In certain instances, Customer Support may best be able to assist you by using a remote access support tool through which we have full access to your computer. If you do not want us to have this access, you should not consent to support through the remote access tool, and we will assist you through other means.

Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Electronic Communications. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.

Onsite face to face or virtual training (UK only)

Once a firm booking has been made and an invoice has been generated or full payment is made via our payment processor, if the the course is cancelled over 28 days prior to the course date a full refund will be given - this is minus a £25,00 administration fee. If it is between 14 -28 days a 50 % refund will be given. Less than 14 days no refund. Invoices should be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice. Otherwise, they can be subjected to an 8% increase in the invoice, in line with the late payment of commercial debts. Certificates of completion /attendance will not be issued until full payment has been made.

Virtual training (Worldwide)

We will require payment prior to any virtual training event in full. Certificates of attendance/completion will not be sent & issued unless this has occurred
