Urinary Catheterisation (minimum 10 attendees)

Our urinary catheterisation course provide an introduction for Registered Nurses, HCAs, Assistant Practitioners and Associate Nurses to the Care Home setting. The courses also serves as an update for more experienced staff. You will need a minimum of 10 attendees to book this option. 

Courses are available:

CPD MODULE - for groups of staff via face to face classroom with optional 3 months access to online course materials and optional development of a bespoke educational platform to help meet service improvement and organisational development needs.

FACE TO FACE - for groups of staff within a face to face classroom with optional 3 months access to online course materials and optional development of a bespoke educational platform to help meet service improvement and organisational development needs.

These courses help staff to reduce GP call-outs, reduce calls to ambulance services and help nurses provide more services in-house and improve the quality care of residents whilst maintaining their safety . All courses include competencies which comply to the recommendations from the Francis Report 2013 & can be used for Nurse Revalidation.
